Treatment Details

We carried out full orthodontic treatment using the clear, removable aligner system Invisalign. Based on a precise simulation from the 3D scanner iTero, we moved the teeth little by little by exchanging aligners, shaping them into the ideal arch (the dental arch) without extraction. *To make space for the teeth, we carried out a procedure that polishes the sides of the teeth very slightly (interproximal reduction, IPR).

Risks & Side Effects

If you don't wear the aligners for at least 20 hours a day, your teeth may not move as planned and the treatment period may be extended. Right after starting treatment or when switching to a new aligner, you may feel a tight, pressing pain or discomfort in your teeth. After treatment, using a retainer is essential to prevent relapse.
