Treatment Details
We removed and cleaned out the old medication and bacteria inside the root canal, then filled it with MTA cement, the latest dental cement with strong antibacterial and sealing properties. At the 3-month follow-up, the area of inflammation at the tip of the root (the dark shadow) had shrunk, and the surrounding bone was regenerating and healing. *MTA cement is strongly alkaline, giving it a high antibacterial effect, and does a lot to lower the risk of recurrence.

From ¥29,700 (tax included) (breakdown: MTA cement ¥22,000 + root canal sealer ¥7,700) *The cost of the CT exam (¥3,960) and the crown are additional.
Risks & Side Effects
Temporary pain or swelling can occur during treatment or right after it. If the shape of the root canal is complex, or the lesion is too large, surgical treatment may be needed, and there is some risk that treatment will not fully resolve the problem and the tooth will need to be extracted.
